Oh my goodness! Bridges set a high bar for service and experience! We wanted to have dinner in the restaurant… but being a last minute decision…they were booked but had the Chef’s Dinner open. We said yes and it was by far our best decision! Sitting in the kitchen with the hotel courtyard to our backs made the experience even better! Chef and or his staff explained every dish as served and the Sommelier talked about each wine with each course. It’s hard to pick a favorite dish as they were all over the top! But definitely a place we want to visit again. Date of visit September 2022

The restaurant is beautiful. The food was mediocre, not worth the price. The service was slow and not attentive at all. I had to pour my own water throughout the meal. Ordered soft drink and waiter just put a glass with ice and a bottle on the table and simply walked away. The last few courses were painfully slow. I had to wait for almost half an hour between courses and when it was served, it was not warm. I noticed food was left on the service tray quite a long while waiting to be picked up and served. Left unhappy.

I'm reviewing this as the breakfast buffet for the hotel, because it's a fantastic breakfast. A huge buffet stocked with tons of European cheeses, veggies, fruits like passion fruit and pineapple, yummy breads and croissants and so much more. Plus a delicious menu of eggs, coffee, and options like French toast and waffles and more. Super delicious and the staff are awesome.

Food was quite good but not particularly great. Leaned heavy on the fish. I liked that they offer various tasting menu options (5 courses, 6 courses, 7 courses, and with or without wine pairings).

We had the pleasure of dining at Bridges restaurant, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience. The food was not just delicious, but truly exceptional. Every bite was a burst of flavor, showcasing the chef's mastery in the kitchen. The staff was attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience.

My first time here and they did not disappoint! We opted for the 7 course meal. Everything was phenomenal! Every bite was packed with flavors! The staff here were very nice. The ambiance was quiet and romantic. Highly recommend!

Super beautiful and incredibly tasty food! We took 4 course lunch, started with champagne, wine pairing for one of us. It was all seafood, and to our surprise good sized portions. Delicious bread (we ate like 4 bins), and homemade "kroepoek" with basil dip were great. The food itself as well amazing, all elements on a dish carefully cooked and placed visually impressive. Wine pairing was very very well done and great wines, not to mention the champagne at the beginning was fantastic! The staff is very friendly and helpful. One of them had a bit pretentious and pushy attitude. There is a fine line between being service oriented and insisting to try to up-sell. The only negative point on the food were the dark chocolate bonbons we got with the coffee, one had very bad taste and consistency of filling.
